The Shawshank Redemption at number 1 and The Dark Knight at number 3, these movies are not masterpieces. Clearly these people haven’t seen Lawrence of Arabia, Bridge on the River Kwai, or even the original Bladerunner. Alec Guinness was in Bridge on the River Kwai, perhaps it would rate better if it was re-released as Jedi on the River Kwai.

This is a big shitty list. I support much more Filmaffinity….How can the trilogy of LOR be on the Top 50??? The Dark Knight a fucking 9??? Come on…I can’t take seriously a top 50 list which doesn’t include Space Odissey, Lawrence of Arabia, Paths of Glory, The Apartment, Some Like it Hot, Apocalypse Now, Unforgiven etc

Shawshank is Overrated and has NO business being number 1! 🙄🤦‍♂️🤨 Some of my favorites of all time are on here but some of my others not on here mostly from ‘82 (TRON, Star Trek II WoK, Blade Runner! How the hell is BR not on the List?!? 🤦‍♂️, First Blood, Conan the Barbarian, The Thing, The Secret of NIMH, E.T. the Extraterrestrial, The Last Unicorn and the Verdict.), JAWS ( 1975), The Raiders of the Lost Ark ( 1981), DragonSlayer ( 1981), The Road Warrior ( Mad Max 2 1981)!, Witness,( 1985) Amadeus (1985), Tombstone ( 1993) and Gattaca ( 1997) 😎🤯🤩🤨

After watching this list, I must say that I am shocked by four films: inception, back to the future, interstellar and most Prestig. ¿Qué hace The Dark Knight en tercer lugar? Ésa, y toda la saga de Nolan, me parece muy-muy sobrevalorada. Como película blockbuster de superhéroes está muy bien. Pero nada más. Toda la saga está llena de absurdos e incoherencias. Prefiero por mucho la saga de Burton. No pretendo que mi opinión sea compartida. Pero vale para mí.

This SUCKS! No Stanley Kubrick films. Where's Citizen Kane? To me there are only 5 films that I myself would want to watch over and over than these other boring movies. The only best thing about some of these movies are the soundtracks. And that's the bottom line cause Stone Cold said so (from 976-CREOLEMAN)!
