What about exception risk. Both the projects of Ganga are over ambitious and they have no prior experience of building anything like this. What if we have another raheja revanta. That was just one project and totally sunk a builder like raheja. Here they are targeting to build 2 such projects

N yes golf estate has came up with sky club but the landscape of golf estate as a whole $μcks.....i seriously didn't like their landscape but yes d project is super awesome...infact that's why i wanna go for golf hills

Awesome...truely commendable...but i would prefer m3m golf hills coz it has 50+ acres ,if golf hills or elan presidential come up with MARINA SANDS like sky club in upcoming towers ,i would definitely buy it coz then it will be complete ATLEAST for me
