These boys are some of the craziest men on Earth to me, in a good way. The guts it takes to ride like that are extreme, the knife edge. I respect them a lot.

There may be an element of luck but mostly this is skill and sheer bravery. Some of the track racers will not do this event most notably Valentino Rossi. Even he thinks this is insane and he has massive respect to every rider doing this race.

They would rather risk their lives for the high than suffer existential mental burden. There is no difference between a heroin addict overdosing and one of these riders smearing themselves on pavement or into a wall, except that one is entertaining to witness, and one isn't. The riders know it, more than anyone. Some of you are so blinded by your own high watching it, that you can't see the dark reality. Society's entertainment has never left torturous colosseums. I hope they find peace before it's too late, or at least in the inevitable final moment. I do not cheer at a funeral. I look on with consideration. With condolence.

hate the way they connect shields on helmets nowadays. happened to me twice (not racing), makes you want to throw the helmet on the ground, and always happens at the wrong time.
