@ My dad, Milton Ridley did not record. However he was well known in our small town. Was rare to see a black man singing country music and owning a horse in NJ. I grew up listening to him play Gene Autry, other singing cowboys and of course Charlie Pride!

If you are using a Digital Audio CD recorder, you must first make sure the blank discs are also Digital Audio. They are still available from Verbatim and the checkoutstore online. It really does not matter which cables you use as long as they fit the output & input slots. You can select 'optional' 'analog' or 'digital' on the recording deck but I've found they automatically chose the correct format. Hope this answers your question. I use the digital recorder to make my master discs then I burn copies using Nero CD Rom burning software.
