With blood tests, you should be able to determine the optimal dose. I'm a 60 year old male and, weight 160 pounds, and I need only inject .20ml weekly.

Question if Ryan has tracked, or might track, if some experiencing resistance can overcome it by switching to testosterone containing a different carrier oil such as cottonseed vs grape seed, or switching to name brand such as Pfizer Depo Testosterone vs Compounded Testosterone? Especially if patient and clinic has used same compounding pharmacy for years (body gets used to same product develops antibodies or resistance?) Ryan touched on Esters as not likely to change, and also the fact that there is not readily available low-cost testing for all types of resistances. 😊

Ryan did a very good job explaining the specific topic of the video. Perhaps some need hearing tests vs testosterone tests as from 17:45-19:00 Ryan clearly explains in summary on the topic that numbers, what works for you, etc is irrelevant as hormone optimization protocols are specific to each "individuals" personal medical needs, and goals! The conventional mainstream medical establishment and major lab test providers "do not" distinguish between hormone users and non-users yet general medical guidelines and lab ranges used are the same. Think back to all the appointments with doctors when you ever had a medical professional take the time to explain like this video in detail, and to be informed at this level about hormone optimization, thus one should never squabble over spending a few hundred bucks a month on a quality hormone optimization clinic, and medications from a reputable Pharmacy source. A good example of how the mainstream medical establishment fails many of its patients is a guy goes into his doctor and says his feet hurt, the Doctor hands him one size 9 shoe, and one size 11 shoe, says come back in 3 months for a checkup, 3 months later doctor asks how are your feet, guy says my feet feel horrible, in pain, can't walk, doctor tells him but a size 9 shoe, and a size 11 shoe are both "average" thus you don't have a foot problem you have a mental problem. Genuine hormone professionals do not treat labs, they treat patients, and the correct medication or dose is the one that meets the "patients" medical needs, and personal goals, and done so in a safe and compassionate manner to the patient. While I have taken many hormones and peptides as necessary to meet my personal medical needs, and performance goals, on the topic of the video for 6 years while on doctor prescribed Testosterone, the CBC, Metabolic, Lipid, labs near perfect mid-range normals, Free T4 1.3, Estradiol 24 (natural, no blockers), Cortisol perfect wake/sleep 24 hr curve, Testosterone Total 950 (.30ml Tue Evening, .30 Sat Morning per week), "no blood donation", and Iron 250-300's, Ferritin range 80-120, then the "Testosterone Resistance" came after a great run of overdrive energy, great health, great performance, despite all other Labs still being excellent, exactly as Ryan said had to push through the resistance and titrate testosterone dose with doctor from 0.30ml twice a week, in 0.2ml incremental increases, and periodic lab testing, upto .47ml twice a week to reach the same levels, all of which mean absolutely "zero", because everybody's labs, body, medications are specific to them. For reference my resistance came as a form of my body's self regulation/protection measures because once a person figures out with their medical professional all the pieces of their puzzle optimizing all their hormones specific to them it feels so amazingly good that it's very easy to overdo it because one might be able to work more, lift more, have sex more, party more, drink/drug more, look better, feel better, sleep less, handle stress, without initially feeling any repercussions, but eventually it catches up to you, and can lead to burn out whether it be in the form of fatigue, injury, weight gain, lifting plateau, muscle loss or lack of growth, sleep disruptions, sexual dysfunctions, mood imbalances, alcohol or substance cravings, carbs/sugar cravings, and another factor Ryan alluded to we don't have reliable low cost testing options readily available, nor do we have consistent support, and scientific data from government sources on causes of resistance especially environmental factors, thus it's up to each person working with their medical professional and may take some time, patience, money, to get it right, but well worth it in the end. 😊

I have been a long term patient at a very large reputable clinic with thousands of patients, and long tenure staff that are experts in optimizing patient's hormones. Gave Gonadorelin a 1 year fair try as HCG availability became delayed at times, on allocation, and was getting more expensive. The Gonadorelin produced poor results for maintaining testicle size and volume, and injection site scar tissue. Switched over to name brand Pregnyl at 1/2ml twice per week and felt better, no scar tissue, testicle size and volume returned. Pregnyl 10ml at 1ml total per week (1/2ml twice a week) is 10 weeks of product use per vial and the preservation is designed for personal multi use thus for 10 weeks use per vial is well worth it for a quality product that has a long history of use and data of safety, and no major side effects. There's little point in investing time and money in your health and hormone therapy to use less effective products to save money that don't have long-term history of use, and numerous people that I spoke with also had negative Gonadorelin results. 😊

For me, going on TRT at any dose results in too much aromatization, due to excess body fat. So the only way to go on TRT and not feel terrible, is to use an AI. Long term, losing the body fat will likely allow me to go off the AI.

My understanding is daily cialis , in 5mg or 2.5 even is great for your endothelial cells and promotes a healing of damage causing erectile dysfunction and is generally healthy with low side effects. It’s different than larger doses taken as a short term fix for ED

Cycle anything that's not naturally occurring. We can't cycle testosterone, because we need it every day. One more thing, Cialis is a blood flow medication. Along, it does nothing to increase libido. Fix the libido, then add Cialis/Tadalafil to boost the physical part.

Exactly right as treating only one hormone system is like only fixing on a car one brake pad, one spark plug, one tire, or one fluid, even when one does not "feel" symptomatic in a hormone area, or does not feel extremely better in one area its absolutely vital to have the Testosterone, Estrogen, Progesterone, T3/T4, and Corticosteroids in perfect harmony for each individual, and ensure that all upstream systems are functioning properly to maintain with consistency the positive effects. 😊
