How did Paul have time to write and arrange all these songs? Did the practice constantly? Unbelievable talent

Basie & Duke would have stamped their feet for this. Impeccably arranged & driven con forza by Steve White on drums (surely?). Breathtaking.

According to Style Council A&R man and friend of the band Dennis Munday in his book he claims that Dee voice was tweaked up a lot for the Showbiz album and the audience applause sound was beefed up with applause from a jam concert

Little wonder Mick's voice blended so excellently with Paul's. He sounded like Paul in most parts.

This song reminds so much of early Chicago, when they were the best live band in the world in the early 1970's. I know Paul was a fan, but this performance really brings it out. What a great video to see them like this.

I love The Style Council band. Its Long Play (1986/87 I think ...) was the first I'd bought in Brasilia (Brazil) with my own money. ❤

I was 20 when the Jam broke up, and I was devastated. Little did I know that Paul's best music was still ahead of him. I love the Mick-Paul-Dee interplay on this performance.
