As a die hard Skol fan since 1972, this is another thing that has transpired against this team. I just wanted JJ to make it through the Preseason. Let Sam take over for a year and a half to 2 years( if he is successful) and have him ready to exploit defenses like Jordan Love does. Injuries keep Minnesota from having any solid Qb's. Kramer, Culpepper, Bridgewater and last season Kirk

Why didn’t they just keep it the way it was. Remove the fair catch and move the kicker back 10 yards so they couldn’t just boot it out of the end zone every time?

@@stephencarmickle Yeah but they changed it again because there weren't enough returns. They want returns or else they would just get rid of the return in general. The problem is the kickers were so close they just kick it out every time and not risk returns and if it was kicked in a bad spot the return man could just fair catch or let it go without consequence. Move the kicker back 10 yards, not the whole team and get rid of the fair catch so there would naturally be more returns then.

@tmabrey Canales has done a great job with Geno and Baker. Bryce has at least as high of a potential as them and a much improved offense too. It'll be interesting to see how he does moving fwd
