just curious do you add oil to the air hammer and how do you keep the oil from getting into your gold ore
@Highplainsprospectors
@Highplainsprospectors 23 күн бұрын
You just need to put a few drops of pneumatic oil in the air hammer. It goes into the nipple where the hose connects. I haven't had one leak on me yet as it is only a few drops.

Hmm, de corroder 30 bucks for liter, dremel fev hundred bucks, and sll that work could be done with one piece of sand paper. But nicc video, and nice demonstration of de corroder.

Thanks for sharing we really appreciate the efforts. We have a lot to learn on this new kit and hopefully some great recoveries are realized. Sadly most may come from England on those deep coin hoards. Our US East cost relic hunters may turn up a few deep canon barrels or cannon balls though...

16:28 don't be so fast as a new user to assume two targets. Please do your homework and understand this machine before jumping to conclusions: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aKHXkpp5hN2VoM0
@SeattleRingHunter

15:08 for the solo user you just need some non conductive cones or nonconductive flags. Walk your grid line and drop small soccer cones on potential targets then come back with a traditional detector to determine what cones you wish to dig. Dropping a cone when pinpointing with the Xtrem will be a big help when you switch over to a standard detector for a second opinion of the target.

14:17 dude drop the shovel bro did we not go over metal interfernace for this machine! That's likely what the Xtrem detected.

14:00 your key words here is "I don't know" its not pickup up the car ten feet away away stop being silly 🤣.... It's still a focused directional antenna array buddy probing below and above the detector coils otherwise you would have no chance of finding dick with this machine!

14:00 before just walking off we are instructed by XP Gary Blackwell to do a ground balance each time and often for best results. New users need to study Gary's XP video instructions for best results... You guys just got the machine so there is an obviously a learning curve as with most users. We do appreciate the video though as we get to see the equipment in use so that is nice to see inventory actually made it to US soils finally. Not to be nit picky but to point out critical points that make a real difference on this system. Most recreational medal detectorist likely won't be fussing with this expensive deep seeker anyway. There needs to be a real need to drive a user to purchase an expensive purpose built system like this so my fear is there will be less KZbin reviews and a very slow knowledge share on the online forms and social media groups for this machine just the same as for my Nokta Invent Pro. Also the mindset of old timer treasure hunters and loose lips sink ships are not so willing to share tips and tricks of their trade online for all to understand. I still don't think the industrial users for utility location will gravitate so much to this machine as the sales and marketing hopes for. They will stick to their trade and true technologies. Magnetometers like the industry standard Schonstedt locators and other utility locator technologies.

12:51 remember everyone to remove your Lesche steel hand digger tool from your belt before using the Xtrem. Also as mentioned in this video to remove cell phones, car keys, wallets, no steel towed boots or waders, and any other metal jewelry leave it all in the car! USE A PINPOINTER AND find footwear that does't have a steel plate in the sole as your boots are under the coil and that is metal interference, be educated users of this system least you just complain about crappy experienced due to a lack of knowledge on how to bets use the device. We want clean demonstrations on everyone's KZbin videos to try to understand the real capabilities of this system as time goes on and people like you guys and Calabash possibly revisit the test garden and doing depth test and different test targets we don't need sloppy metal loaded users thus then complaining or reporting the system didn't work so well.

11:19 granted a decent tip to replace the end cap but let us all understand XP did a horrible job on the QD connectors since the Deus I, II and now the same interface on the Xtrem. The end cap clips are to breaking from naked impact without the controller on. It quite obvious they are undersigned for the amount of torque and force when the controller is attached to the shaft. All it takes is one bad drop of the detector shaft Deus I or Deus II with the heavy controller attached and the clips can break. Over time the installation and removal if not done precisely tends to where are the plastic down as well causing a break down of the clip, its just a crappy design that should have been fixed years ago. So bad is this issue third party solutions have been made to replace the XP QD clip system. Most 3D printed third party solutions suck as well Doo Dads is crap don't bother. This quick disconnect end cap clip regardless of how careful you treat it will eventually fail most users as we have seen this to be true over the past few years. With the Xtrem maybe not as often as this machine won't be a daily used machine for most deep seeking treasure hunters. Maybe less than five percent of the US owners of this are actually using it for utility location and those guys typically have other electronics as a fist grab unit. I don't think the Xtrem hunter users will see too much issues on these QD clips breaking as quickly as we do see on the Deus I and Deus II since those are excessively used machines on a daily basis with a lot of action pressing the controller buttons changing settings constantly while detecting. Cheers, #SeatleRingHunter

Wait does the US kits come with the red puller bung attached to the end of the cables as Gary illustrated in XP video? Maybe you guys didn't realize this detail in the bag or XP chose to omit this? kzbin.info/www/bejne/aKHXkpp5hN2VoM0 take a look it seems much easier with the puller bung! Its a coin toss either you guys had no idea as your not likely watching every detail on this model as someone of us with huge interest such as myself having studied every bit of media released on this rig or XP flat out didn't see a need any to include the red plastic tail piece to aid in assembly of the coil cables though the extruded aluminum stock. Cheers, #SeattleRingHunter

At the very least, my interest is peaked, but I'm almost afraid to go see the price :) It actually did far better than I was expecting. A vid with the pecan shell would be interesting as well as I too suspect it would more gentle. Not to mention, if the thing catches on, all the different ideas people will come up with on what media is best for such things. I'm hoping when I get brave enough to look it up (still scare of cost ;) to find what the blast tip is made of, hopefully ceramic or similar stout material to withstand the abrasion. Good vid, sub'ed.
