Rewatching this, that moment at 9:35 was brilliant. Bet the cheater didn't expect to eat a direct rocket after rocket jumping up to hit that insane rail (well not as insane if we consider that he is using aimbot, but it would have been a nice shot for any legit player). Just good awareness, good timing, good rocket placement, and good positioning.

I think quake is faster, but the quake 1 movement, quake 2 unless You know how to strafe jump, it has a slower feeling overall like quake 4. Doom eternal forces You to play fast and dynamic. But the speed is something You gain and learn throughout the Game. At least in quake 1 You have the same speed the whole Game, except when You get the rocket

Vsync/Gsync will causes considerable input lag, so it's definitely not recommended for FPS games like Quake.
