Got no trouble at all believing that! This jam is a special one for me, discovered it circa 2008 myself and the groove is so infectious it’s never left me since. There’s something truly amazing in them piano/guitar chords, a real deep feeling of goodness. The drums still have that organic, stripped back approach from the 70’s (as opposed to the slicker, more drum machine-oriented beats of most boogie tracks) which is perfect to let the melody shine. A masterpiece of a tune, for real!

Yep. Un petit lead de dingue comme dans son remix de Jodie - Anything You Want, par exemple. Les parties mélodiques de ce House Dub sont si bonnes qu'on se prend à rêver d'un House Mix (qui n'existe pas ou est resté dans les coffres hélas).

Y aurait vraiment de quoi faire avec ces vaults ! Prends La Trece - Sunshine (MK Dub), jamais sorti, juste joué une fois lors de son Essential Mix pour la BBC en ‘95. Une vraie patate. J’ai un edit sous le coude, je l’upload bientôt ;)
