2:53 Bro they literally ruined the difficult part of this level. Also before you guys say anything, I have literally tested it out myself and it’s actually possible to complete that part while Blotch-Splat [Coneball] is chasing you. The owner of this mod has a big skill issue.

Only works on main levels just like the original lap 3 except TCTOP & SoTW, That’s the only mode you can enable it, besides you can change a lot of modifiers in this mod

If you like specifics, the sophisticated Noise sprites appear when walking or idleing after getting a combo of 50 or higher. If Pizza Time is active, the idle is overwritten to be the “panic” variant, but the walk remains untouched.
