What a lovely atmosphere, to see working mens clubs full, chicken or scampi and chips in a basket being served, all the people having a great time listening to a brilliant comedian like Charlie. I like so many miss that time !!!

Me and my better half saw all the greats of comedy,they call Bernard Manning,but what they dont know is he raised £thousands for various charities.

Im now 80 and as far as I'm concerned we had the best comics,groups,shows like the black and white minstrels,and we never give a thought to the things that they accuse it of nowadays, people today see racism where it doesn't exist.
