I thought when I graduated from North Carolina school of the arts in 2002 just a half a year after the 9/11 attacks that I had graduated into the worst possible situation to try and find a job in but man oh man did mother nature say “hold my beer” ! I do not envy what this current generation of dancers has had to do and cope with trying to find jobs in the COVID-19 situation. I thought my generation had it rough. I definitely applaud her for not giving up, do not give up. Things are getting more and more back to normal every day. I had also watched your video audition for ballet Austin and it very much reminded me of when I was auditioning for companies myself. I ended up making this decision to go to the Richmond ballet instead but I always wonder how things may have gone differently had I chosen ballet Austin instead of Richmond ballet and later the Charleston ballet (which does not exist anymore unfortunately.) But she is a lovely dancer and I am very very much for she finds a home somewhere.

I'm impressed 😊👌 I wonder of she got the position? I loved the way she carried the movements all the way through her hands and fingers. Great choice of variations as well, quite mature roles, but she pulled them off very well indeed. Wishing all the best 🙏
