Hello: Cooking recipe and ingredients: 1. 900g of skinless chicken thighs. 2. Wash in a solution of 1 tbsp of baking soda and 500 ml of water. 3. Add 1 chicken breast. 4. 3 bay leaves, onion, peppercorns, salt. 5. Cook over low heat for 2 hours. 6. 350 ml of broth, 35g of gelatine. 7. Separate meat from bones. 8. Grate 1beetroot. 9. Squeeze out the juice. 10. Salt, pepper. 11. Diced 3 egg whites. 12. Place in the fridge overnight.

Also ein kleiner Tip am rande. Die Haut mitkochen, 1. ist der meiste Geschmack vom Haenchen in der Haut aber di Haut is auch voll mit Collagen und anderen Bindemitteln. Somit spart man ne menge Gelantine. Die muss ja nicht mitverarbeitet werden, doch mitkochen Immer.

I've seen so many recipes of how to make this, everyone is adding the beet root at the end by squeezing the juice out. Boil chicken and beet together, in the same water. The meat will turn pink.
