to me Self-love is a powerful practice that allows you to embrace your worth, appreciate your uniqueness, and prioritize your well-being. Remember, you are deserving of love, kindness, and compassion from yourself. Embrace who you are, celebrate your strengths, and treat yourself with the same love and respect you give to others. You are enough just as you are. Keep shining bright Madame Fatema💖 #SelfLoveIsKey

Wooh nice talk: I think Self love is doing all things and promises that you plan with completely discipline, in considerations of time table, as strict in plan, projects and goals for your own life. But Also doing all thing sucks you love without affecting time table and other things as doing all important things that’s make you happy . AS well as make a better feature that’s Ins self love

I had a discussion with my students weeks ago on the quote “there is a thin line between self love & selfishness”, since our day to day acts could be misintepreted based on the two concepts. So I loved how you just simply put it ,that self love could be perceived from being disciplined , in the things one does for his/her well being. Oh,that really hit me! And for a moment I’m like so the act of just drinking water on a daily basis is literally self love , for its me taking good care of my very own body. Amazing! One more thing is on multi-tasking, and again last week , my students and I discussed an article on multitasking, that our brain was designed to focus on a single thing at a time, and that by multitasking, we tend to overwhelm its functioning. Inshort, This video just rounded it all up. Thank you for that🥰

In my perception self love it's all about self discipline like respecting my personal timetable from Monday to Friday, respecting other people no matter the age, self hygiene and the surroundings in general, being able to solve the problems and challenges and lastly time management. The capability of understanding that building your own brand takes time so one should not stress himself or herself everything will come it the best moment. The important thing in self love is that , one should never loose his/her character this is because when you loose character you have loose everything including self love. The goals to self success include self love meaning personal discipline in every aspect, ethics and good morals and also in religious part one should commit him/ herself to religious faiths. All these are self love attributions and will lead to successful life. I love myself very much❤
