To make it simple, decrease binocular PD by 2 mm to get intermediate PD, and decrease binocular PD by 4 mm to get near PD.

Well done Sir. Can lower Rxs like +0.75DS be converted too before dispensing as CLs? Wen should u convert a Rx before dispensing as a CLs ? Please if dis Rx given, RE: +0.50DS - 0.50DC x 90, LE: +0.50DS - 0.50DC x 40. ADD: 2.00DS How do u convert to Monovision CLs?

Joystick moves instrument up and down, to move the target you basically move the instrument either towards or away from patient.

same method apply LARS rule. In case of right eye clockwise movement is temporal movement and anti clockwise in nasal movement while it is opposite in case of left eye.

my old glass prescription right eye sph= -2.0, cyl= -0.50, axis= 90 va=6/6 and left eye sph =-2.0, cyl= -0.5, axis = 90 va=6/6. My current eye prescription is right eye sph= -1.0, cyl= -1.0, axis= 90, va= 6/6 and left eye sph = -1.0, cyl= -0.75, axis = 90, va =6/6 . sir please kindly reply do i need to change glass or can use old glass. thank you
