Full credit to the photographer for capturing this wonderful train acceleration. And kudos to the Indian Railways for ensuing seamless transport services and continuous improvement in technology. Having said that this train video shows rail technology from a different era. Firstly the idea of attaching two train 🚂 locomotives at either end has become obsolete in this era of evenly powered traction motor trainsets - as an example the Vande Sleeper Express. Secondly, this idea of having Kasara Ghats (Mountain Pass) with steep gradients is rather outdated. Rather, what is needed is a dedicated freight and passenger rail corridor with alternate long tunnels and bridges with a smooth increase in gradient. It’s just that India and the world is progressing 😂 at such a stellar pace that it creates an effect of relative obsolescence.

The way LP closed the door is holy shit literally. They are the senior most Loco pilots of Indian Railway but still they don't know any responsibility towards our public property, they only know to ride train safely. No other thing than that 😢.

The Last Two are the Main Locos which play no role.. the leading 6 are Brakers with Their own Ghat or Mountain LPs... (3 sets of Two MUed locos or Two sets of Triple MUed locos) which are pressed into service for Psngr trains 22 coaches or more and for heavy loaded Freights when coming downhill. Hence the original locos and LPs 'take a Break!'

No.. An old 2019 LHB Single Deck rake with some coaches belonging to CR. I do believe DD coaches on LHB Platform were planned initially... But then the public demand is not of relevance .
