I was fortunate enough to hug Thijs Van Leer, and I will take that to the grave.

Those trains are damned spooky the way they sit in that moving cloudscape. In reality they were trains that were shipped to Uyuni, Bolivia in the early 20th century but never used.

I saw them around that time. Good playing, but lacking the magic of the legendary Rainbow ‘73 gig/recording.

The last time I saw Focus was at Santa Monica Civic opening for a drunk slob named Joe Cocker. It was the Hamburger Concerto and they were great!!! Didn't know they were still rocking, and even without Jan, they deliver and what talent they have..... so happy to have seen this superior prog rockers during their heyday. Where is Jan now??
