Having watched the interaction prior to this incident, I get why Yves did what she did. Chuu was complimenting Heejin's beautiful profile and was saying "All 11 of you are beautiful", excluding herself in the process. Yves wanted to squash any feelings of self-doubt and insecurities for Chuu, and to any member that might be having similar thoughts. But Choerry accidentally cut her off. Yves was intense at that moment because she probably wanted to get her message across. Definitely not trolling. We got to remember that this was during the time when Haseul was on hiatus. So it was up to Yves(and Vivi) to hold the group together and build the members up. In the full video, the camera zoomed in on Vivi after this incident as it was her turn to pick a question. We can slightly see Choerry was facing toward Yves' direction and was nodding. They probably talked it out soon after.
