yes on ground rates are as mentioned for 10 marla 30 to 35 lacs but the status is still file, as there is no possession there yet, but in file the plot will be mentioned which is actually ready on ground. so when possession will be announced you can construct on your given plot. on ground plot ka yeh benefit ho ga, jaise hi possession announce ho ga you can construct as the plot mentioned in file is ready. still have something to ask feel free to contact: 0333-5509566
