Based on my personal experince, not much different. it's more into build quality. If you are going to use E65 for single dosing, probably it's not practical as the retention and grind quality affected.

from the looks of the colour of the dodol it looks like dodol from kelantan, why is dodol from Melaka not famous? I find dodol kelantan too much white sugar too sweet.

Gonna want to purge and clean it anyways. So it doesn't matter unless they promise to do a fantastic cleaning job after QC, which will slow down the production significantly.
