I’m confused about your imminent pretribulation rapture. I thought an imminent rapture meant there were no signs that preceded the rapture for it to occur. Does that mean the rapture is NOT imminent? Because if there are signs like we see in Matthew 24:4-30, it is clearly not imminent. Jesus gives multiple signs (Matthew 24:4-30) that precede his coming to rapture his church in Matthew 24:31, “And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds of heaven, from one end to the other (Matthew 24:31). There is no doubt this is the rapture! Just compare Matthew 24:31 to First Thessalonians 4:16-17. Therefore, Jesus says he returns AFTER the tribulation (Matthew 24:29-31)! It is clear as a bell! God is good all the time! 😊

Why is it that the verses used to describe the rapture are the same verses used to describe the Second Coming?. Why is there two resurrections where those who are asleep precede those who are alive? When the supposed rapture occurs everyone will know that the Second coming will occur. Yet Jesus Himself did not know but the Father.
