I have a female at my feeder this year 😊 First one in 10 years of feeding birds. Always talking up a storm while she is walking through the yard.

I heard one for the first time as a city boy when I was 21. Only once. Then again, not until I was 33. I hear them yearly now where I am in Maine ❤

l have 8 to 12 in my yard all the time, now they eat the rotton apples, they ferment in the belly and 20 minutes they are all drunk and falling over, the younger ones are funny, they get in an attack mode then forget what they were going to do...😁

I just had 5 large ones in my oak tree in Brandon Florida. I see them often but usually just one alone. It was a sight to see five of them in flight between oak trees.

In S. Lancaster, PA. Riding my bike on the Enola low grade I stopped because I never heard that call...it flew over twice-then crapped on my shirt. Should have heeded the warning.

They really like coming to our apple tree to have a bite. I see them all the time right now, but I’m outside quite a bit, and I live in the woods. Maybe plant them an apple tree!

That's awesome, I love seeing fellow Lake George people. We just sold our childhood vacation home up in Ticonderoga, Northern part of the lake. My house was all the way North up into the channel where the lake ends.
