Very impressed with your installation. Thinking of installing one of these myself.

So how did you get your welded in frame for the winch under the bed? Did you actually have to take the bed of your truck off in order to get that in there?

Nice. Thinking I'll do that too. Was gonna get the bigger one, like this way better. 👍

I don’t know, buddy. I have watched a few videos over the last few years and I feel like you have the raw material to have a great channel here. I know how hard it is to do, but get yourself a good camera and mic and you might just have something. Keep it up.

I'm a little late to the game, but this thing is awesome. Love the set-up, also the rack. Been looking into building one that will fit like this and work with my cap and tonneau cover and this gave me a great idea. Cool video thank you

Take the bolts out that holt the bed down and lift it up in the rear just enough to slide it in over the bumper.

Great Truck, Great Vid! You earned a new sub with this content cause seeing those trucks lined up at the parade had to be the best stroll down memory lane I’ve had in a while. I purchased a lifted Burb back in 92 and it was some of the most fun I’ve had ever just driving n wheeling that beast all around .It was an 86’ 1/2 ton. 350,6”Skyjacker suspension lift kit and rancho shocks and dual steering stabilizers. 35”BF All Terrains mounted on aluminum American Racing rims. 2 tone paint (tan & dark brown) tan cloth interior w,buckets up front. Tailgate w/ power glass factory tint from back seat on through to the rear glass. Manual side windows n locks but it had air! Rounded it all out with an alpine cassette deck amp and a big ol kicker box I bought off my friend who need the money for college that year. I bought the Burb off my best friend and he upgraded to a newer one. 87’ 3/4ton diesel Burb. I could go on but just look at the trucks in the parade and I can say most of my friends had something similar if not exact back then. Especially thinking of that step side in that group. My friend Mike drove that exact truck he bought used from some old timer and it looked like the one in your vid when he was through. Drove it his first year outta high school and on into his early 30’s. We all eventually sold our wheelers due to the same reason and rationale. Northeast trucks were rusting out from under us from all the winter road salt and the motors began to drink oil more and more each year as they rolled past the 150k mark. The tolerance on the machining back then is nothing like today. Oil consumption and smoke just came with the trucks senior years. None of us felt it wise to sink money into any more work than we did at purchase to correct those rust and sloppy motor issues back then. Personally I wish I could have that old beast back now I’m an older guy on the wrong side of 50. Those issues seemed pretty costly and challenging to work over back then and now I realize compared to the 07’ I’m in now that Burb was so much easier to negotiate. I did the heater core in that myself with a chiltons and my Pops craftsman’s set. I watched a vid on how to do my trucks heater core now…… what a Pain in the backside! Whole dash gets gutted and there’s more fasteners and wire harness unbuckling than I’ve done in my life just to access this one core they buried deep in the bottom center. I probably could do it but I don’t wanna cause I know it will send my temper into overdrive n that’s a place I really wanna avoid nowadays. I’ll step off the soapbox now but damn this vid made my day and I thank ya for that and appreciate your Patriotism and Respect for our Military.
