the great thing is with the advent of the wwe network their going to develop a worldwide product so you will get peeps from Quebec mexico Europe asia becoming champion

yeah, personally, i didnt see him as main event material, but i did see him as being the intercontinental champion. i dont think he ever was. he could have been. he was a good wrestler. i remember him more as solo wrestler jean pierre lefeit, which was a french/pirate gimmick. and although he wasnt the greatest technical wrestler, he did impress me with some aerial tactics. unfortunately for him, i "do" think the accent would have been a problem for promos, but thats just the way it goes in another country.

Vince Mcmahon c`est vraiment LE pionnier de la lutte. Y c`est vraiment donner corps et âme à la WWF. C`est un héritage qui a reçu de son père. Y aurait simplement pu mettre ça dans les mains de quelqu’un qui s`y connais bien et regarder son argent fructuer mais y c`est impliquer de A à Z. L`incident qui est arrivé entre Bret Hart et Shawn Michael à Montréal en 92 tout changer et engendrer un nouvel ère pour la lutte. Mcmahon à commencer à s`inclure dans l`histoire comme un méchant. Je l`ai vu se faire pitcher en bas de la cage, se faire pitcher dans des tables dessus, se faire battre et humilier par Stone Cold. Quel autre grand propriétaire de lutte irais jusque là? Mcmahon c`est le top des tops!

I understand his passion but a lot of wrestlers are delusional over time. Everybody thinks they can be champ but it takes several elements to become "the" guy, esp, in the biggest wrestling fed. But I remember the Ouellet-Rougeau main event in Montreal and the whole thing was booked extremely well. They did some vignettes on regular tv in Montreal, the whole thing felt more real than your regular WWE build-up.

Avec tout le respect que je te dois PCO, y'a pas de doute que talent pour talent dans les années 80 et 90 t'aurais pu devenir champion WWF mais si tu regardes la vision des choses de la WWF, dans les années 80 leur champion a été Hogan qui a eu pendant un bout comme adversaire Dino Bravo, un québécois bourré de talent comme toi, dix fois meilleur que Hogan mais bon... après lui y'a eu Warrior, Hart, Diesel, Michaels, etc... Pas de doute que t'avais ce qu'y faut, juste pas à bonne place (WWF)
