I am so grateful for you! I judge my ADHD, unorganized clutter and feel less of a woman/wife/mother because my household isn't perfectly organized and I can't cook. Such domestic attributes that I feel such loathsomeness within myself that I can't be/do/keep a good home for my family. I'm a Capricorn. I loved your reference to ADHD and I see it as a superpowers. We can hold so much and draw lines to so many things in our awareness but what's also valuable especially in our information age is to balance that with the simplicity of sheer presence so we can channel the energy we've cultivated in our exploration. I kind of see this as a precise balance between the masculine and feminine and how we penetrate our vitality and vastness into containers of pure experience.
