@nicholasmoen3244 I lost the video that I took before. My buddy is pulling me using is quads at lake simcoe that time and it works good and didnt break it. I don't have this setup anymore due to I moved up to alberta

you should learn the difference, between a wild salmon & a hatchery salmon. You're not allowed to keep the wild, they have to be hatchery only. Also you're not allowed, to lift a wild salmon out of the water to take a picture.

My bad Matt. Yes, I kept the fish and my friends family shared it for supper. Things like this make you fame too for not minding your own business. I'm posting videos like this for those anglers that can't go out and enjoy the fishing. Maybe they're sick or have an issues, who knows? So stop bashing videos. It's a CTS DQ rod. 6-7 weight. It's actually a fly rod blank converted to float rod

This is not fishing. If you woluld aply this fishing (snagging) method in a salmon river in norway, sweden, island or even on the east coast of canada you would get finded and suspended from that river.

I love the video and scenery. I am disappointed I didn’t know what you were saying half the time. Not sure why the video started in English and when you spoke to the camera it was in English but all the live chatter was in another language? The live chatter is usually the best part in videos, that’s where peoples characters show.

Thank you for watching my video. I'm using a float rod 4 PC cts dq 6-7 wt custom build for steelhead and any salmon, my main line is blade 20 lbs and my leader is 10 lbs only. For bait I'm using BnR soft beads and my float is 20 grams only. Goodluck fishing brother
