Apparently, science is fast enough to find a solution but slow as a glacier to find the problems.

Dr. Montealegre, would you agree that a low carb/keto diet can produce significant improvements in diabetic patients with mild or moderate CKD?📈📉🔬

More and more researchers are finding that blood measurements of total cholesterol and LDL-C are absolutely WORTHLESS in predicting development of atherosclerosis and coronary artery disease. In fact, if a person is over 50 years old, he or she will live LONGER the HIGHER his or her LDL-C is. We need to concentrate on our metabolic health, specifically insulin levels, glucose levels and blood biomarkers like TRIG/HDL!

Doc., I'm surprised you recommend seed oils - aka vegetable oils - to combat high cholesterol. Those oils are the primary cause for high cholesterol! The extremely excessive amount of Omega 6 (eicosanoids) in the typical diet is so dangerous due to their pro-inflamatory effect as well as being highly processed and rancid, due to high heat and multi-chemical processing. Please read the NCBI and other studies out there.

Hi, according to Dr. El-Hamamsy, the target BP should be < 110-115 mmHg for 6-12 months after the surgery. My question: how can you control your BP value during your cardiac rehabilitation (exercises) program? Related: kzbin.info/www/bejne/r2erfZRnesmSe6s

I just wanted to thank you for posting the most terrifying video on KZbin. Seriously, thank you so much for exposing the soft underbelly of interventional cardiology. Signed, A stented patient who is actively involved in aggressive drug treatment by pushing his cardiologist (now replaced) around and into the present thanks to videos like these.
