冷凍うどん５分以下でできるからおすすめだよ～ 冷凍野菜と細かく切った蛋白質を一緒に茹でて、最後にお好きな味付けするのん 速攻体あったまるし水分もいっぱい取れて最高だよ 同じ要領で袋ラーメンもいいし、ツナそうめんも美味しいよ 逆に夕飯はフルーツ一個だけとか味噌汁だけにすると痩せるよ～
