I have severe anxiety and I've tried different methods of breathwork over the years, but none of them meshed well with me. I had watched one of your recent videos about morning routines where you had mentioned something called "wave breathing" which I thought sounded interesting, plus I've been wanting to try alternate nostril breathing, so I looked for this video and followed along with you. Both methods are more my style and I think that I'll be able to incorporate them into my daily life. Thank you for uploading/sharing this video! I think it might be exactly what I've been looking for. Blessed be

Most all of the content I had found as a manifestor was for me to just figure it out on my own cause I'm supposed to "initiate" and "make impact". I love this content. Thank you for helping me in this

I agree with this. Manifesters arent that common and also we are seen as a threat to the other designs who have stable energy. As a 3/5, its harder since its projection that i frequently run into

Your channel should be getting more attention. I'm sure it gets plenty of love from all who discover it. It's fantastic! You're fantastic! Is there any way you'd consider making a longer alternate nostril breathing video? Like 10 mins? That would be so amazing. It's the best meditation I think for me for anxiety and though there's a billion demonstrations here I don't resonate with any but yours lol.

I learned so much. Thank you soooo much for this episode. I also have a projector partner and you've taught me to open myself to let him help me--have him plan and organize my chaos so I can conserve my energy to actually manifest. I'm too all over the place so by the time I start manifesting I get too wiped out to push further. Because of this, I manifest extremely slowly. I often drop projects because I don't have the energy or interest to continue it after my rest period. During my manifestation period, I spend all my energy doing unnecessary things without order and with a ton of chaos...which saps more energy than needed. He definitely brings a little more order. He helps me focus on what actually needs to be done. I've clashed with him because i don't like being told what to do. But, this episode has taught me to just trust and ease down on my constant need for control and my "I have to do everything perfectly" attitude. Also, thank for teaching me how to properly manifest. As an ego manifestor, I need to speak my manifestations using my throat. I've kept quiet my entire life because during childhood, whenever I told people what I wanted to do, they would always try to stop me. I was never allowed to be a wild child. It was way too much for my parents, teachers, relatives. This was a limitation I imposed on myself and I will not allow this to stop me from my true nature any longer. Thank you for helping me realize this. I'll manifest based on my ego authority from now on. I'm excited to see what I can manifest.

I would say a creative urge and an idea can be one in the same. ☺️ I think that your authority can give you incite to know whether or not that urge/idea is something that you should act upon.
