I live there when I was a kid back in the late 60s I think I was only nine or 10 years old. my dad played at the restaurant he had his own band . All us kids hung out at the Creek in the water all day long great times. In 2023 I was told that most of the place burnt down if anybody has any information let me know

It's a truly beautiful home. Drawback to the video is that hardly any bedrooms and bathrooms were shown! That's a shame, and the price is too much, also. But, the ambiance is unreal...definitely something you might see in Italy.

Total chilly bump factor here. This house feels like home to me. The máster bedroom is where magic happens.💃 Indoor & outdoor living is freedom.🙏 The kitchen is a home feel not cold and warm for family to come together & relax. ☝🧢💪 One day..

I was born and raised in Santa Barbara Ca. My sister lives there still, in Montecito. She once lived right next to this house. Once my sister's daughter, who was about five, and my daughter, who was about four, somehow snuck into this house's backyard. We had to go looking for them, of course, and we didn't think anyone was living there since there was a lot of construction going on, so we crossed into the backyard (I don't remember how, it was over thirty years ago.) When we found them, they were rolling down the grassy slope of the back lawn. I remember the grounds were amazing...a lot like Manning Park in Montecito.
