Be sure to warm up with some dynamic stretches before lifting and stretch at the end of workout. 1️⃣ Dumbbell Snatch 6 reps each side 2️⃣ Dumbbell thruster 10 reps 3⃣ Dumbbell Upright row 12 reps 4⃣ Dumbbell Swing 12 reps 5⃣ Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift 12 reps 6⃣ Squat Hold 30 seconds This is a 6 exercise circuit. You can use kettlebell or dumbbell. Complete one exercise after the other with 15 second rest between exercises and 90 second rest between sets Perform 5 sets in total of each superset.
