@@QuantumSynths1 Spectrasonics are never the quickest to release something, But when they do it is always groundbreaking in some way. I’m sure there will be something soon as we are on version 2.8.7c. The original Omnisphere stopped at 1.5.8d.

Bought Dust sometime ago and like it a lot.

It all comes down to how the designer values their work. The price of this library is consistent with a lot of other developers. Plughugger has chosen to be an outlier and price his introduction super low before going up to the same price as everyone else’s. It’s own down to how they value their libraries in my personal view.

@@AdrianEarnshawMusic Absolutely. I have a few of The Unfinished packs and a few Luftrum ones, all of them great. I do, however, usually wait for the sale (except if I hear something I can't do without at specific time).

You've just gone to the top of my Christmas card list. I'm sadly old enough to remember Blue Peter in the days of Bonnie the dog. There's more to come regarding sequences as I've found another way to craft something interesting.

In both the AMP envelope and MOD envelope you need to make sure that both Loop and Sync are highlighted in the bottom right corner along with Legato.

Thanks for stopping by and glad you enjoyed it. The first two patches were made there and then as you could see in the video. The 3rd layer is from Trilian, so if you have that, you should have that patch. The 4th layer is an Omnisphere standard patch so you should already have that. The 5th layer is from a library called Supernova available at Rocky Mountain Sounds. The 6th layer is one from a patch library I built called Cosmic Energy, which you can get from adrianearnshaw.com. Layers 7 and 8 are from a library called Airwave Box of Noise available from pluginguru.com

Wow, Spectrasonics support is great. They suggested I run Omnisphere standalone as administrator just once. This fixed settings not saving!

Thanks for posting back. I was going to suggest that as I recall having to go through this when I was using a PC. Spectrasonics support are really good, they even phoned me once to troubleshoot an issue an I’m in the UK.

I just updated through the ReFX app and it took care of everything.

@@techiq7389 I get this. It’s not about how many sounds you have but rather actually learning the tools at hand. Clearly on this channel I do like Omnisphere and coupled with Nexus it’s all I really need.

There is one "synth" that does this and 100x more: UVI Falcon. No competition there. But avenger is still decent and fast to work with.

@@jussivalter Hahaha no mate, UVI is way behind, If you think about how long Kontakt has been around, what they achieved? Nah, they are FAR behind when it comes to Avenger and even Nexus 5. The stats prove it. You can do with Avenger everything you do in Falcon and 1000000x more

@@techiq7389 I use both a lot and I don't understand at all how you can say that. They are two products on a completely different level. The falcon is endlessly deep, but the avenger is quick to work with and versatile enough for many situations. Are we even talking about the same products? Or from what point of view do you prefer the Avenger?

@@techiq7389 Nexus has also started to go in the right direction with its 5 version, but we are still talking about a completely different product than the Falcon. Nexus 5 still has a rather limited playground with rather limited tools, although it is starting to represent a better top in its own category.

This is more like avenger on steroids, nothing like Falcon.

@@jussivalter Avenger wants to be Falcon when it grows up too. For presets, I get it, but Falcon is miles ahead. I just see Nexus trying to become a full synth, which is has done, but the whole way it wants to run effects is passing Avenger

Trouble with Falcon is that the interface and programming is far from user friendly. Great workstation synth, as I do use it from time to time.

I havent seen another interface besides Kontakt that even allows programming like Falcon though. Outside of actual programming. ​@@AdrianEarnshawMusic

@@CoopMusic247 quite agree and it is often overlooked. But that just means those who do dig into Falcon are rewarded with interesting sounds that help them stand out.

Not at this time, I’m sure that they will add this at some point.
