Initially the promise was made of 35 days, but flat was handed in 65 days that too after when I got the work done by staying on the flat. In between he would start working on other flats. He or none to of his staff came on the handover date, where I travelled from 22 kms. Even they did not bothered to Inform me in the morning that the team will be not be available. Later when I reached my flat, and called, a painter was send to just Inform me that handover cannot be given that day, as remaining items were not completed and could be done on same day. When I asked for my flat keys, the painter refused to give the keys of my flat, on Somnath and his team Instructions. Now he is giving me THREATS on phone, to pay the outstanding 10%, which as per their policy and mentioned in the agreement which he shares at the start, that will be only dispatched on handover. It's just 1 month that I have shifted to my flat and I am seeing many Issues in the Interior work. No one can trust such person to get the work done again or fix the Issues.
