Wonderful, it's as if Yngwie Malmsteen joined the development team. That classical guitar. I guess it's Spanish-influenced, but we don't hear this kinda music often, so it reminded me of Malmsteen.

Nostalgia comes up for me. One of my most favorite bands in college. Brings up such happy memories for me :).

Oculus Rift is mostly why I've backed Star Citizen. That and it's everything I've ever wanted in a game, ever. If you want an LTI ship I could hook you up with an Aurora LN. ;)

Hell yes I have. Star Citizen is definitely in my "most awaited" game list. I am not sure if my computer will be able to handle such magnificence, but I am definitely looking forward to the game in itself. The possibilities, the visuals...the game is so promising. Perhaps I am expecting too much? Currently I'm playing War Thunder, to fill my flying needs. Once Star Citizen comes out, I'll surely be spending a fair amount of time in it :)

Thanks ;) The wingman radio chatter is a big part of Ace Combat, especially with 4 wingmen in AC5's case. It was easy enough to grow fond of Shamrock's enthusiastic yammering, that's half the fun of AC6. While we're recommending games to each other, have you heard of the game Star Citizen? It's a crowd-funded space sim with a single player and semi-MMO persistent universe. In Cryengine 3. With detailed 1st-person cockpits. /watch?v=g0gZES2pTWk

Anime characters? Nagase does, but the rest...I don't think so. I'd watch entire walkthroughs/gameplay of the games, and not only the cutscenes (but that's only if you want to), as gameplay also includes more depth in the storyline. I recommend Zero, as well. Oh, but if you can, try to play these two. The experience of playing them... oh my god. The sadness, anger, joy...It's one hell of an experience :)

I always preferred Cipher than the Razgriz. Don't take me wrong, I love Ace Combat 5, but I always felt that Cipher's story was more... fascinating? the battles, the title, the fear, the arrogance, the chivalry, the honor, and not to forget, it also had a pretty depressing ending. but that's my personal opinion, of course. Long live Cipher, Demon Lord of the Round Table! :D (heh, couldn't help it).

Awesome! Can't wait to try it on the Oculus Rift. Now, I have watched all the cutscenes from AC5. The characters are deeper, and the story is better presented. Is it just me or do they all seem like anime characters?

I enjoyed 6... Hell, I enjoyed 2, 3, 4, 5, ZERO and 6... And I wanted to play them again in order... ZERO, 5, 6... I can randomly pick 2, 3 and 4 afterwards...

It's not the storytelling of AC:AH... It's the concept of maybe flying even heli's or perhaps it's a game based on reality than fiction... You must admit you still haven't gone over Strangereal just to see downtown New York on your screen on AC:AH... XD

The reason why people say AC:AH is bad is because it's based in reality when you have the world of Strangereal already...

It's because Raz wasn't even born yet that time... The conception of Razgriz greatly affects that of the AC5's story "being described as who destroyed everything making him a demon and yet saving the world when he was needed to do so..."

6 was like the ending of the long sequel... So basically if you've not remembered any from Zero and 4, you'll seem to say 6's story is paper thin... I like the run of ZERO, 5 then 6... The whole scenario just sunk into me...

And the lead Ace of 8492 Squadron is shot down by Cipher in the mission "Mayhem" on Mercenary (He's shows up when Schwartz shows up). Belkans had legendary aces, and Cipher and Pixy took on the best and won every time. All the aces Galm shot down had better records than the members of the 8492nd squadron. (Not to mention Gault and Schwartz had like 12 planes in their squadron).
