Hi ! Love your videos ~ Btw I really want to check (clarify) something, at 1:42:35 the pivot actually doesn’t matter to a unit if they can get to a flank right? The theory is : Since the pivot point is center of the tray, then the line of sight has already determined if a unit can get to a flank or not, and it shouldn’t change the outcome even after pivot?

Jeroen: @@art840412 happy to hear you enjoy the content! And yes you are absolutely right! The only moment when it can change is if you ar at a place like your moment in the video that it can be 50/50. Then it is up to the attacker to decide where they wanna go to. In this case Ender chose to go to the side because, it will do more overall more damage then just from the front. If you wanna have a bit more information on how that works then checkout page 16 in the core book pdf. I hope this helps :).

Question: At 18:12 why did you decide to activate Rivella on the side and not just block the bags? I don’t understand why you gave up the activation instead of doing what you did the next turn anyway and could’ve kept the extra ncu use.

Jeroen:@@domination8991 well at that point Ender still had Aemon left as well. If I would have gone with Revella instead of activating Alliser Ender would have probaly activated Aemon and would have gone on the last slot on the tactics board. This then would have resulted in me losing an activation. Now I still had the activation but, she just wasn’t doing anything. Hope this makes sense.

How can you attach Edric Dayne to Gendry's unit? He only ignores attachment restriction when attached next to thoros, no?

Jeroen:@@laszlovarjas8981 yes you are correct. When we wrapped up the game we found the mistake. I read it as you could bring him along if you had Thoros with you. This error won’t happen again :D.

Also he should not have done deceitful reposition at 1:40:49 because you can only do it when there is no enemy within short range, which there was (cold hands)

Just recently got into this game. Quick question with abilities, do they always activate like a passive? Like Baratheons wardens have that counter attack( attackers that attack this unit, any misses will be a hit to attacker), would that activate every time like multiple times in a round? Same with attachments with 3 abilities. Vids like this is what got me into this game 👍.

Jeroen: Yep this video was from the previous edition of the game. So back then the units, attachments and NCU were different in point cost.

Hope this helps. Concerning your question about the cards. The players were playing with the correct 4.0 cards.

Its not the most special unit or different from others. It is a fun addition and creates some new ways to play! That is always a good thing. Besides they are one of the most fun models to paint from the entire range tbh. ^Thijs

@@joelkelly4506 Oh we will do a batrep with them! Downside is that to make them most effective you would need two of them with Vic and Nute. We only have one atm.
