The log cabin is very nice and inside of the cabin house and how about outside of the log cabin house and does it have any washing machine and dryer machine and dishwasher machine and how much is it and cost 💲 to and I love it and like it and I love you and like you and your videos are very good and great too

Broadway has always captured my attention since I was a child sitting in the back seat of my parent's car. As an adult, it is still Broadway. I own a Victorian, so I'm still in love with a few on Broadway, with my eyes on one in particular!

@@LivingInHoustonTexas1836 I like the design of the homes. Some of the builders I'm looking at are Highland, David Weekley, and Brightland homes particular a neighborhood in Humble called Balmoral East which is at the top of my list.

Good question. You can get a notary in that particular state to notarize that document. Email them the document to print out to take to the notary. Hope this answers your questions.

Should we (NSA) be asking when the property was bought, can this be blank? What if the client is unaware of the purchase date? Can the title company look this up?

yes, the owner should know when they purchased the property & if not, the title company may know within 7 or 10 yrs since the sale. Title companies are different how long they hold their files form closings. Also the County Appraisal District shows history of sales & Realist Tax. Ask the seller if the sale date sounds correct & confirm. Hope this helps, thanks again for your question.
