It is their famous signature landing. I had four Aeroflot landings in 1985. They were harder than Ryanair's. Then I didn't fly for 11 years. In 1996, I experienced a Scandinavian Airlines landing. That is, I didn't experience it. I didn't even notice the landing. This made me terribly confused. I have flown quite a lot ever since and all my landings were very soft. Until I experienced the magic of Ryanair. My childhood Aeroflot flights came back to me. I felt quite emotional. As if those other soft and posh airlines had robbed something from me. Ryanair loves to fall from the sky and slam you against the ground. They probably don't even need runways. It is a mystery why they insist on using them.
