Its now working again, I just got the xp but they should compensate for the 100k we lost last time.

I can absolutely confirm the Moa's are back! I just found them on The Storm Halo 3, it works towards the challenge!

Can confirm they are working as of 7pm EST time. Got a response from Halo studios on my ticket and they are back on proper rotation.
