Jason, Thank you for your memorial for Frank ! BTW his last name is spelled with an "I", it is Frank J. Iafrate. (first letter I). A lot of people make this mistake. Also work on your pronunciation or insignia (make UCI proud). A Vietnam Bee

I am proud to say that I was one of those Seabees at Quonset around Feb. 1942.I smile when they say the 1st Batt. was experience const. men. One day I was in the Regular Navy at Newport Rhode Island And without my knowledge I was in The 1st Seebees. I was one month. 19 yrs old and hardly knew what a hammer was Spent 43 months In the So. Pacific on two tours. Just turned 90 yrs old and keep in contact with two former B's that are 93 and the other will be 100 in Aug. Phil Sherman Saco Maine

My Father was Thomas B Eustis, Who was rejected by every branch of the Armed Forces, going so far as to Try to join the United States Marine Corps twice. Before being accepted by the USN Consrtuction Corps in 1942. He said he participated in the building of Henderson Field on Guadalcanal. Sir; Did you know Him??? He later went on to Serve in the United States Army Transportation Corps and Commanded Fort Eustis, Va.

I am the grandson of Phil Sherman, the man who wrote that above reply to this Seabee video using my KZbin account 10 years ago. He unfortunately passed away 4 years ago, but I never saw his comment here until now. It is bittersweet; he is missed by the whole family. He returned from the war in 1945 and with his new knowledge of construction he started a floor covering business and built his own house which he lived in until his death. His wife (my grandmother) still lives in the same house and will be turning 95 soon. Joining the Seabees had a very lasting impact on his entire life.

@KoolJust4U Racing is what made the technology that goes into all the vehicles made for production. So it's not really a waste of anything because without it we wouldn't have all the nice extras that new cars come with.

You Honduh boys are funny. I have owned three s2000s and loved them all. The problem here isn't the car, it's the owner can't drive. Dude needs a stutter box since it's turbo and RWD. Can't stand the gay body kit.
