Okay, first this is amazing! Second should we note that when The Woman said to Sherlock. " I want to have dinner"meaning " I want to have sex with you. " Sherlock the last time she proposed that at his house replied, " Why should I eat when I'm not hungry?"meaning " Why should I eat when I'm not straight?/ Or when I dont want to have sex. " .... ↓ And yet. Everytime he is with John he stays with him when he eats. They have dinner. Sherlock never eats. But maybe that's a symbolic way of saying that it is not important to Sherlock to have sex. Because solving cases making him feel satisfied. And also that Sherlock haven't had said to John his feelings about him.
