How can the event creator or event coordinator hide his schemes by inventing reality and twisting reality and sexes knowing that the Caesar King can never be stopped in his progressive projects in advancements and in his quest to find a female partner to make his own family wherein that event coordinator or event creator knew that the Caesar King control the Earth and multiverse. In his inversion of things of his twisted mind and reality?

Question I’m having trouble with some problems when they mention a bolus. Is that the same thing as saying infusion or iv push? Meaning would i be using the same formula
@passwithpass
@passwithpass 2 ай бұрын
Hello! IV push is generally referring to pushing a syringe of medication into the IV line/angiocatheter. A "bolus" is often interchangeable with IV push but may referring to a medication or a volume of fluid (250mL bolus, etc.). An infusion refers to a volume of fluid (or medication) over a certain amount of time (150mg of Amiodarone over 10 minutes).
@addisonhempstead6599
@addisonhempstead6599 2 ай бұрын
A bolus is usually reffered to a set amount of fluid that is to be administered either slow or just pushed threw the IV. If there are any sets of time in the equation then it becomes an infusion! Hope that helps, or if anyone else has a better way to explain it plz do!

I am thinking about going to medic school. The biggest reason I haven't is because ECGs intimidate me (well that and i will never do EMS as my primary job, it is more of a hobby). This video popped up so i clicked. I figured that if some of the 12 lead stuff sunk in now that's less I would have to learn in class. My wife is sitting next to me and watching as well. She is a physician and wanted me to pass along that she thinks this is fantastic and wishes you would have taught her in med school. Their professor wasn't very good and the entire class struggled. The saving grace was one student that was a paramedic. He taught them all enough to get through. Now as an attending she sends them to a cardiologist to be read if there is anything abnormal happening. But she said this will save them some time because she is learning things that will help her daily.

Great content! We had a younger (50's) patient show up to our urgent care with a HR of 30. All she complained of was "fatigue". Did a stat EKG and she had a 3rd degree heart block. We called EMS straight away! 🤣 The patient ended up with a pacemaker.

What happens in the process of the 4 leads coming off while PT is being paced?

yea I get that. but when moving PT to stretcher and what not. what would happen if they get "disconnected"? @@passwithpass
@passwithpass
@passwithpass 5 ай бұрын
It really depends on the monitor and the monitor's configurated settings. Some monitors (and settings) may actually pace without the limb leads connected - but some may automatically stop pacing if the limb leads are disconnected. I'm not sure how helpful that is/was, but wanted to state some monitors may actually pace without the limb leads connected. In paramedic education, we preach to keep both connected as that's the safest/most consistent way to teach it.

where do we put our micro (60) get drip set in this equation?
@passwithpass
@passwithpass Жыл бұрын
Near the 4:22 mark in the video, we show the following formula: "7mcg X 85kg X 60". The 60 refers to seconds (60 seconds in 1 minute), however, this could technically be switched out/assumed to be the drip set factor of 60.
