In your advanced bell technique, the edge of the bell is used as a fulcrum vhen striking with the stick. Very similar to "gravity blast" technique used by drummers on snare drum edge, which enables quick succesive strikes with one hand.

Very nice, your djembe also sounds amazing. Is it from a specific brand or is it handmade? What are the dimensions?

Thx, the djembe was built following, more or less 😊, my indications in Burkina Fasso, balafon wood, diameter 34cm

@@doumbe.ewande thank you for the quick reply! Will keep my eyes open for balafon wood then ;)

@@Lipbeat In my experience from the moment the djembe is made of wood the most important are 1) the shape 2) the skin. Several kinds of wood can sound good.

This video is awful, you should re-think what you are doing. Also try not commenting on people's facebook videos creativity with your negative unhelpful comments
@djembesolo3 жыл бұрын
Your comment is all about your emotions. You bring absolutely zero technical argumentation but obviously you need me to act in a way that suits your beliefs. Let me tell you this: You are not in charge here. I do what I want, I post the content I want and when I disagree with something, sometimes I argue about it. Your feelings about my comments on social media belong to you, I don’t feel concerned at all and I have no will to tell you how you should think and what you should do. Maybe avoiding any content linked to my name would be an option because I will post other videos like this one and I have no intention to stop posting my opinion here and there when it suits me. But hey do what you want, I am not in charge of your actions… Thanks for giving me the opportunity to clarify.

@@djembesolo you are a sad pathetic little man. Banging on your hand drum (lmao super technical and creative) then slamming a world famous drum and bass dj saying it doesnt take skill. You need to re-think what negativity you needlessly put into the world you sad sad little man with your videos that can't even attract more than 50 views lol

@@mikemoseley Obviously you are too much in love with your "famous drum & bass dj" to realize that your bitch crying speeches are just here to make you feel... "something good" I guess, and that somebody like me, from your point of view, probably doesn't care about your funny advices and diagnostics. This is why I don't even delete them or ban you. Please be my guest keep on moaning if it brings you some relieve. Let's say I will not answer to your next analysis because you got me. Feel better?

Thank you, i feel the same..soul, autenthicity, respect, positive vibe are the main thing...djembe is a real powerful tool, and it is easy to get lost in the whole "ego" thing...and then comes the searching for sheer speed, virtuosism only to show off, but the great teachers tells us to respect the music and they don't trow away notes for nothing, they play only what the music calls for
@reverendobrown754 жыл бұрын

@djembesolo4 жыл бұрын
Non.
