What’s the difference between the Artcise and Innorel tripods - they both have the same name designation. I’m 6’3”, in you opinion, is the tripod too short for someone my height?

It does look indeed a beautiful tripod, no nonsense to which I agree without reservations. Just one detail: the cs80c has a load of 44lbs. A bit, quite a bit too much for a photography tripod. Half of that, 22lbs is still generously above what I'll ever use, still solid enough, much more sensible.
@ericrinehardt93735 ай бұрын
44-55 lbs is not too much for certain types of photography. Landscape photographers may hang 40 lbs of weight from the center post hook to add additional stability in windy conditions, especially when using telephoto lenses and/or slow shutter speeds.
@alessandroricci72945 ай бұрын
@@ericrinehardt9373 My apologies, I think I have been clear enough, but that's what I meant. It's a tripod for particular photography with heavier parts: not for city photography, due exceptions apart. I would have made at least two different models, for different needs.
@Mar10K0ng4 ай бұрын
@@alessandroricci7294 This isn't the only model that the company makes. Any company that makes tripods isn't going to make just one model. You just happen to click on a video that the tripod is gear for landscape/wildlife photography.

I think the chisel tool was in the wrong mode for the sky mask. It was removing the mask which I think gave the white halo. Also I believe that if you double click the chisel tool it automatically applies the chisel, at the setting you have set, to all of the mask, speeding things up. I also prefer the ON1 colour rendering which was a surprise.

I own SFX3 and really want to love it like others do but I've been able to do anything in Lightroom and Photoshop I can do in SFX and going to SFX is an extra step. The only real advantage I've noticed in SFX are the film simulations. They are really good but like you, I prefer the clean digital look to film grain so I find I rarely use them. The most significant drawback for me in SFX are the control points. In my opinion, both Lightroom and Photoshop masking tools are far superior to SFX control points. Every once in awhile, I process in both SFX and LR/PS just to compare and I have not found SFX to be better. I guess it has more to what people are use to than anything else but I've just not found SFX to be worth the extra step in my workflow. I did enjoy your overview though.

Being an On1 user I was very pleased with the result the program gave. Since the latest update 2023.5 the masking options became even better. Especially the refine brush is improved further and with it you can now mask an object really easy. It’s one of many ways to mask in On1. I really enjoy working with it.

Is this really CS 80C, because on other videos I have watched this model has monopod option?
@Globetrotter-1 Жыл бұрын
The latest 32.5mm option does allow one leg removable for use as a monopod. The earlier 32mm Artcise AS80C is the same model as the 32mm Innorel RT80C and both models do not have the monopod option.
@dziadborowy84 Жыл бұрын
@@Globetrotter-1 yes I know that, AS80C got bowl to adjust the camera, but CS80C should have monopod and on this video, if you look close is CS80C and this guy is saing that it hasn't have monopod... 🤔
@Globetrotter-1 Жыл бұрын
@@dziadborowy84 The Innorel Technologies Co., Ltd and their Artcise R&D section produce all the same carbon tripods with different configurations, carbon wraps, diameters etc. Each are offered with or without heads, and varying accessories, such as flat base, bowl adapters in 65mm and 75mm, varying leg wraps and accessory holders. Some of the Artcise/Innorel 80C and 90C versions (CS/AS/RT) have fixed legs with no monopod option. The 8X wrap compared to the 10X wrap doesn't really mean higher quality because it all depends on thickness of carbon, their mixtures of other materials during manufacture and tolerances of the carbon sheets. One advantage of buying new late-stock Innorel 80C and new early-stock 80C Artcise models (both same tripod) is that they're often at rock-bottom prices.

After using any local control point, If you right click on the image a new local adjustment control ring will appear and in that ring there is an icon that you can click on to bring up a new control point not related to the first control point which will have its own set of controls. rather than the roundabout way done in the video.

Hey Casey. Great explanation. quick question. Is it possible to select two or more folders so the images show in the working panel? For example in your photo library setup you have Colorado Springs folder and within that folder you have two folders 2023-01-30 & 2023-03-28. Is it possible to select both those folders to show images from both folders so I can work on both and export both in one go? I shoot with 5 cameras at weddings. I have the files from each camera in five seperate folders. All five folders are in one folder. To make exporting seamless, can I export five folders in one go rather than exporting each folder separately? That way I can leave it to export everything at once. Cheers mate.
@caseychinnphotography Жыл бұрын
It seems like it does not see images in multiple folders like LR does. If I click on a folder that contains other folders of images, then nothing comes up. Not sure if there is a way around this. Thanks for the question.
@roxikoko3744 Жыл бұрын
Thanks Casey. I found a work around. Name the files a different name in each camera. That way I can throw them in one folder without worrying about two images with the same file name which the computer won’t import double ups
