I like y’all’s D40’s. Philly’s version had a ZF instead of voith which made it sound cooler but sound a bit weaker than a voith. Sad yall version retired. Ours sadly retired in march 2024 with the last 2 being 8083 and 8075.

Oh my, if Mississauga had only learned to maintain them. They had plenty of life in them yet, but were not kept up mechanically.

Its a shame Mississauga didn't look after them. They'd of had life in them yet had they maintained them. The frames were done on most of them, the last year they were on the road.

I used to absolutely despise these buses with a passion funny enough & all LFR’s in general. Now I’m like when can I film one🤭!! But nah I hear your point and feel the way you felt !!
