Garth Southgate proved you don't have to a brilliant manager and to get two fanals twice isn't it about time to stop looking at decent managers like Eddie howe or Graham Potter in fairness they are both good club manager's and I think both would fail and all the other managers mentioned so for me not the best club managers would make a manager and assistant manager Steven Gerald and Frank Lampard we as nation have always thought the best club managers that have won trophies would make great national football manager for England but what always happens they all don't deliver Joe average managers might just take us over the line worth thinking about the next time 60 years FA get it right you people are the mean problem we want to see great football start helping your manager's

It definitely could. It would just tale about 30 more years of them doing what they've been doing. Once they win more trophies you could argue that makes them bigger. Man u are what they are today because of their success historically and all those years under fergie. But in 30 years, if city keep on as they have, they'll have a rich history amd man united could have dropped off by then, it definitely could happen, it would just tale a generation or two...
