Absolutely! I remember I failed several times trying to do a 20down. I would stall at 16 or 15. Eventually I was able to finish the set. You can also start with a 10down and work from there 🫡💯👍🏾

I yet still have to read this book You hear about it everywhere! I generally don’t struggle to loose habits, but I could certainly improve my structure when doing things. This concept is useful in that regards Geiles Video alter, wird immer besser 🫡

Interesting, I think it's good to randomly practice certain movements throughout the day to keep the body active and sustain a practice. But I specially believe it's useful for developing skills. I did the same with the handstand about a year or 2 ago, within two months I had a 60 second handstand by practicing ths HS throughout the day. Thanks for dropping by!

I saw them too but I couldn't order a replacement battery here in Germany. I had to get it imported and to be honest, the procedure seemed somewhat difficult considering the size of the components. I wish you mich luck if you ever need to fix it.
