Hi RJ! This illustration is absolutely beautiful! There is not much that I love more than a good book... however, those friendly creatures would not be coming from the books that I read. @@rjhampson Appreciate the process a great deal, I've been wanting to get some art done on my dogs and my garden, so this is incredibly helpful to see your process. I like the red pencil usage too! I often thought using brown or taupe was the way to go, but you have changed my mind.

You are so hilarious! 😂 my cats are bent of luxury for sure. Of mine wrote memoirs, Domino (the tuxedo) would complain about how trying it is to live with a fuzzy orange and white roommate. And how uncivilized we all are. Hahahaha. I am going to try drawing in the extras in my picture. You inspired me to try. Wish me luck. LOL. Love these color alongs btw.
