Nice pond and land. My wife has similar land near Ban Pai south of Khon Kaen and we may build there. There's already a little house there where her parents live and grow sugar cane. Living in a city is nice, but comes with its problems: costs, noise, neighbors, street dogs...

Well done, it looks great, but why two toilets , surely using the space from the second toilet could have been shared between the shower and other toilet allowing room to add a basin for washing hands in the toilet and more room in the shower . The kitchen 👍

You could offer free tea and coffee plus communal swims and encourage poolside banter and fishing, if things get really electric chance a few ST room hires would cement you're ESG rating . What is the penalty for just parking in a charging bay? Do they operate on similar terms to bar fines. What are the non discharge rules. No specific intention to journey via the high or low road to Loch Lomond but aware the Naga's are real in todays wilderness.
