What right can anyone claim to rule if they can't get a majority of voters? Shouldn't revolutionaries have to convince the majority before they can take over? Jill Stein got .4 percent of the vote. Is there really any hope for change of any kind, much less revolution?

What is this? Do yall just heckle all the comics the whole time? Are these sets? Are there jokes with punchlines? ADD comedy? What is this?
@PrestoSign2 ай бұрын
It's an open mic, the two hosts heckle and add on to the comedian's jokes, they also have a laptop and sound board to play clips and samples. After the comedian performs they join the two hosts razzing the next comedian. Usually, they give the comedian a little space to tell some jokes, but if they aren't funny, laughs are usually had at the comedian's expense. As I've been filming the show for over a year now, I can say that it is a difficult space for some comedians to thrive in, some can't handle the constant interruptions, others do well in the chaos, and though the jokes may not be repeatable as an experience, there is often humor in the back and forth. I'd also say that the show has a "flavor" and its own culture and personalities. I tell my friends, even at a "bad show" (because it has a hit or miss quality sometimes), I'm still going to laugh dozens of times. Enjoy it for what it is, or it may not be your cup of tea. I think it's quite funny otherwise, I wouldn't film it. They don't pay me to film it.

@@PrestoSign they should say exactly just that at the beginning of every show or quick short version of that. Otherwise it just looks like chaos. And yes is insanely disrespectful and annoying to some comedians and spectators to have people do this, the music like that as well. , it could add a lot to the show, but this is like the exact opposite of what a comedian wants on their set. It would have been easier to digest with the intro that sort of explained it. I think he said something about kill Tony and Tony henscliffe at the beginning of every single show tells you how the show goes, the bucket, the uninterrupted 60 seconds then the interview..... So when the show starts everybody's on the same page. I was so confused by this and thought it was just like a horrible situation for a comedian to find themselves in. Even as a spectator I was just turned off by the amount of heckling and weird DJing. However, if it's on purpose then they should maybe explain like we're creating the opposite of an atmosphere that you would normally have at a comedy show. Then start the show. This just felt like chaos and with a minor adjustment to the production it could be amazing now that you've explained it to me.

@@Flippinliving Normally they do explain the setup at the beginning of each show. Often they ask "Who's never been here before?" and will explain the show to them. I've seen them bypass it, when there were no newbies in the audience, but it's probably a good idea to run through it for the viewers of the video who don't know the format. I'll mention it to them. Thanks for your feedback!
